A more serious form of operating while intoxicated, high blood alcohol content (0.17 or higher) comes with stiffer penalties. You could face up to 180 days in jail, a $700 fine and/or up to 360 hours of community service.
In addition, your driver’s license will be suspended for one year and you will get six points added to your driving record. You will also need to pay a driver responsibility fee of $1,000.
