Carbohydrate-heavy snacks like chips can lead to a “carb crash,” which is a short peak of energy followed by a sudden renewed sense of exhaustion.

When you are Too Tired to Drive, Do Not Drive

If you are too tired to drive to your destination, do not risk your life and others’ lives by driving. Stay where you are, even if that means you have to rent a hotel room for the night. Consider sleeping in your car, using a rideshare or public transportation, or getting a ride with a loved one. You can always return to your car the next day to retrieve it.
